My pooch needs a notepad

So my sister visited me this weekend, and I wanted to make something special for her! All of the members of my family have high maintenance dogs, rhodesian ridgebacks to be exact, and when we have to leave them, we all write copious notes for the dog sitter! So, I made her this pooch pad, and I loved it so much I added it to our inventory. Enjoy!

We have had so many orders for programs lately! I just love that people still want these on their wedding day. I always liked following along with the ceremony as each lady walked down the isle...I would say in my head "yes, she looks nice. oh! and it says here that she's the sister of the bride! how fun. I wonder if she likes her new brother in law?" I hope this thought process is normal! of course, I always wanted to know when the big kiss was coming. It's never listed on the program for some reason...I think it should say "The BIG Smooch!" hee hee

so, as it turns out, my webdesigner's computer crashed and so...i have no website!! ug. it seems like this project has had one set-back after another. I keep thinking there is a new website on the horizon...so I guess my horizon is the LITERAL definition...an invisible line that recedes as you approach it.

So, I have a new website coming...whenever it can get done. :)

ok so I am completely going out of my mind! Because we are going through a new website design, every product must be moved over to the new site and that means thousands of copy/paste clicks and days and days of staring into my computer screen. I think I will lay down in the middle of the studio and look up to my ceiling, and just watch the fan turn. you know I am desperate for something else to do if watching the fan is the best thing I can come up with...pathetic.
this website had better be good...becuase I think my eyes are permaently crossed. i'm not even going to fit those spelling mistakes because I don't want to click the mouse one more time.
hopefully it will be up soon!!!

so...the long process of FINALLY updating the website has finally come! i'm very excited...customers will finally be able to upload photos for photo cards, purchase items easier through the site, and it will look alot more modern and clean. Writing for Wedding Wishes

So I have been asked to write an article for WeddingWishes magazine, and I am TOTALLY excited because it's all about bridal invitation etiquette! This is especially near and dear to me because I am a woman who appreciates a good belly laugh, as well as a polite "please excuse me for causing that ring in your ears when I screamed with laughter". I love manners and all that they stand for, and so often I find that they have lost their place in our society! WeddingWishes may get more than they bargained for when they asked me...stay tuned for the article.
In the mean time, check out this hilarious RSVP! I think its the prefect mix of of funny and formal :)

There are so many things to love about paper...we write on it, read it, wipe our tears (and our bums) with it - how integral this simple invention has become to us and the lives we live! Some may argue it is becoming obsolete - I ardently say no! Paper is the drawing your friend made for you of your first house, a printed picture of your grandmother in her wedding dress, an invitation announcing the birth of a miracle baby from a previously barren woman, the envelope that carries sonnets to the one you love - - all of these things find their foundation on this flat, fibrous material that does not stand the test of time... but oh how it heralds the things that do.
